Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Obra P.S.Case No.131 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 354 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR there is allegation that the petitioner caught hold the hands of the informant, in the meantime, her grand father came, as such he fled away.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above

No.61054 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the2019 like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Daudnagar, District Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S.Case No.131 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
