2. Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 5.4.2023.

3. Trial court's report dated 3.1.2025 reflects that till date three prosecution witnesses including the informant has been examined.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant (PW 1) in his deposition recorded during trial has categorically stated that he did not see the petitioner near the place of occurrence and he implicated the petitioner under misconception. Petitioner is in custody since 11.4.2021 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

5. Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and the progress of the trial, let the petitioner as named above be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge VII, Gopalganj in Sessions Trial No. 29 of 2022.
