ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 10-07-2026 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the Divisional Commissioner for challenging the selection of Respondent No. 8.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the above liberty. In case any complaint is

It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner as well as the Respondent No. 8 shall be put on notice and given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
