The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Nagar P.S. Case No.737 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 408, 418 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 42 of the Prisoner Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, but from Generator Room of the Jail. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.04.2019.

Case No. 737 of 2018.
