JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-03-2020 The petitioner, who is in custody since 28.07.2017, seeks bail in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 84 of 2016, dated 07.12.2016, instituted for the offence under Sections 395, 392, 120B and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that there has been recovery from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The application stands disposed off, accordingly.
