The present case has been taken out of turn based on mentioning made by learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present is a regular bail application but while granting bail inadvertently it has been recorded that the petitioner shall be released on anticipatory bail.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 07.12.2022 is modified to read as "considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be

No.65687 of 2022(4) dt.12-12-2022 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 19 of 2021 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C".

Instead of considering the submission made by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner abovenamed, in event of his arrest of surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Vigilance P.S. Case No. 19 of 2021 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The order dated 07.12.2022 is modified to the extent indicated above.
