2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 974 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2023.

3. As per the prosecution, Rupees Thrity-Five Thousand was looted from the informant by two criminals. During investigation, materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime. He was one of the criminals who has committed crime. The petitioner has criminal antecedents also.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail. The petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2023.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for grant of bail is dismissed.
