JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for directing the authorities to dispose of the representation dated 20-05-2024, pending before the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur, Begusarai, filed in view of order passed by this Hon'ble Court in CWJC No.522 of 2024 dated 22-04-2024, for removing encroachment from govt land and/or pass any other order or orders as may be deemed fit and proper, in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
