The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 335 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 461, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He submits that the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. The petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2019, yet he has not been put on T.I.P. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
