For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Anil Kumar For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Mithilesh Kumar Khare ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1191 of 2015 lodged for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has come with a limited prayer that he is ready to deposit the amount if some reasonable time is given to him. Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the complainant also.
In view of the fact that earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, if petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28618 of 2018 (3) dt.10-08-2018 2/2 surrenders and makes prayer for regular bail and he is ready to deposit the amount in instalment, the court below shall consider the aspects of the matter and pass an appropriate order, if possible, on the same day.
With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
