2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bakharpur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 103(1), 238, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2025 and is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
5. The deceased was the wife of Bhikhari Singh. The petitioner is a co-villager. The allegation is that the deceased was killed by Bhikhari Singh and the petitioner had participated
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69425 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 in the killing of the deceased. It appears that the petitioner had helped in the disposal of the dead body of the deceased.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Bakharpur P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025.
