2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the marriage of informant was solemnized with Rajkumar Ram (deceased) on 26-05-2021. After the marriage, the informant came to her matrimonial house, where she came to know that her husband has illicit relation with his Bhabhi- Ramwati Devi (petitioner no.

1) and when the informant raised objection, accused persons sent the informant to her maika. Thereafter, it was decided in Panchyat that the husband of informant will bring the informant to his house. On 07-06-2025, all the accused persons started quarrelling with the husband of informant and conspiring with each other, committed his murder.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 & 4 are Bhabhi and petitioner nos. 2 & 3 are brothers of the deceased. From perusal of F.I.R., it appears that informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence. Except suspicion, there is nothing on record to show complicity of these petitioners in the alleged occurrence. As per post-mortem report, doctor has found the cause of death as Asphyxia. As a matter of fact, due to quarrel, the deceased committed suicide. During investigation, it has come that informant has solemnized second marriage. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
