2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, total 193.875 liters of illicit foreign made liquor has been recovered from a Bolero vehicle bearing registration no.BR-39C-9697.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that he has no concern with the said recovery and said vehicle and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 03.08.2025 and there is

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special (Excise), Judge-I, Saharsa in connection with Mahishi P.S. Case No. 255 of 2025.
