2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 600 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have been involved in the possession and distribution of illegal arms.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner was not caught on the spot and is in custody since 28.04.2025. No any incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67686 of 2025(3) dt.07-10-2025 2/2 opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-2, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 600 of 2024 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Sultanganj Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
