The petitioner seeks Anticipatory bail in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that the marriage of the informant was solemnized earlier but her husband and her in laws brutally assaulted and ousted from their house on 17.04.2016. Thereafter informant met with petitioner Ranjeet Yadav and they decided to marry. Thereafter informant solemnized marriage with petitioner and went to Delhi with petitioner. After some time both of them came back. It is further alleged that after some time petitioner and her in laws started demanding Rs. 1 lacs and also assaulted the informant and snatched Hansuli and one necklace worth Rs. 48,000/- and ousted her from matrimonial house.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47079 of 2018(3) dt.13-09-2018 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that petitioner is of aged about 19 years only and informant is the mother of three children. It has been further submitted that co-accused persons, namely, Uttim Lal Yadav and Urmila Devi have been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 16.10.2017 passed in A.B.P. No. 769 of 2017. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of Anticipatory bail is allowed and petitioner named above in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Madhubani, in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 12 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
