The petitioner is in custody since 27.08.2019 in connection with G.O. Case No. 151 of 2018 arising out of Town P.S. Case No. 30 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and so far as the other cases referred at paragraph -3 of the application are concerned, he has already been granted bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, , let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D.J. - II-
