The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in custody since 12.6.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323 and 498A/34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The prosecution case is of inflicting torture since 2018 on the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand of Rupees Five Lacs and a vehicle.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the accusation is omnibus and general. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that the informant is ready to resume the conjugal life provided she is

Considering the nature of accusation, investigation being concluded and the period in custody, on filing of an affidavit before the learned court below that the petitioner is ready to keep the informant as wife with full dignity and honour, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No.189 of 2019.
