2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawanagar (Sonwarsha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 291 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are alleged to have killed the deceased for dowry.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased and he has committed no offence as has been alleged by the prosecution side.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons i.e. of demand of dowry and torture.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2023.

8. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

9. Considering the aforesaid facts and the relationship of the petitioner with the deceased, this application for regular bail is allowed.

10. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Nawanagar (Sonwarsha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 291 of 2023.
