The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018 corresponding to Session Trial No. 446 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 07.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76966 of 2018. As a matter of fact, now the matter has been compromised between the parties and nothing remains in this case for prosecution. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 26.09.2018.

No.65314 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani in connection with Arer P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 446 of 2018.
