2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 24.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33263 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period for furnishing the bail bonds.

3. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period for furnishing the bail bonds is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Jagdishpur (By pass T.O.P.) Case No. 50 of 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) each in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

4. The order dated 24.07.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
