2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 377, 307, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 211 of 2017.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on the accusation that demand of dowy and inflicting cruelty are denied. The petitioner expresses his readiness and willingness to keep the opposite party no. 2 with due dignity and honour. It is further submitted that there is no material to suggest any injury sustained by opposite party no. 2. The parties were married about four years prior to lodging of the F.I.R. and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60820 of 2019(4) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 no such complaint was ever made in the past. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Despite service of notice on opposite party no. 2, appearance has not entered on her behalf nor she is represented in Court today.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 26.09.2019 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siswan P.S.
