2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act 2016.

3 . As per the prosecution case , 108 litres of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2024 . Chargesheet has already been submitted.

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court - II Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P. S. Case No. 202 of 2021 .
