No.98 of 2019, dated 06.05.2019, registered at Police Station Madanpur District- Aurangabad, under Sections 302, 394, 397 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. I have also perused the relevant record of the case, necessary for adjudication of this petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition, in accordance with law, after a period of nine months. Prayer accepted.
