2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 634 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the
