The petitioner has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court seeking a direction upon the respondents to take appropriate steps for preparation of Land Reforms record in Circle Makhdumpur, District Jehanabad in pursuance of the direction of the State of Bihar vide letter No. 09/Mutation-409/2016-19(9)/Rev. Dated 03.01.2018.

3. For the reliefs prayed for in the writ petition, the petitioner has also approached before the respondent no.4 by filing a proper application, however, the same has not been considered and disposed of compelling the petitioner to approach before this Court.

4. Learned Advocate for the State contended that since for redressal of the grievance, the petitioner has already approached the Circle Officer, Makhdumpur, Jehanabad, who is the competent authority to look into the matter.

5. In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the learned Advocates for the respective parties and considering the relief sought for, the present writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to respondent no.4 to dispose of the application/ representation of the petitioner, the copy of which is marked as Annexure-P/4 to the writ petition, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. The writ petition stands disposed off.
