The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner, allegedly, caused injury at the head of the informant with Rama (a sharp cutting weapon). After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail, for the reason that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death while committing assault at the head of the informant, in connection with Bikramganj Police Station Case No. 215 of 2016 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24807 of 2017 (2) dt.07-07-2017 2/2 Magistrate, Bikramganj, District Rohtas/successor court. Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
