The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gwalpara P.S.Case No.18 of 2022 registered under Sections 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature. There is no direct allegation of firing against the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66046 of 2022(2) dt.16-01-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Gwalpara P.S.Case No.18 of 2022 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
