====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Asaon P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019, for the offence registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 427, 337, 338, 353, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and mischievous and most of the Sections are bailable but so far as Section 353 is concerned, it

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60962 of 2019(3) dt.28-11-2019 2/2 would not apply in the present case. The main allegation is against one Pramod Kumar Singh who is said to have lead the protest against the police and there is no specific role attributed to the present petitioners.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Asaon P.S. Case No. 57 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
