2. This is third anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner. Earlier, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 08.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25240 of 2015 and order dated 16.03.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4977 of 2016.

3. This application does not reveal any new facts and circumstances for reconsideration of prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Moreover, the present anticipatory bail application has been filed after lapse of nine years of the last order and there is no explanation for the same.

State of Tamil Nadu and Anr. reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, this third anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner is not maintainable.
