The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 307 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is inordinate delay of 10 days in lodging FIR without plausible explanation. He further submits that from the perusal of the para 6 of the case diary, it appears that victim did not stated anything

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60987 of 2019(3) dt.29-11-2019 2/2 about teasing and taking away of empty cylinder. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 307 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) S.Katyayan/- U T
