The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019, dated 05.05.2019, instituted for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74085 of 2019(11) dt.25-10-2021 2/3 offences under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are the parents-in-law of the deceased.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are separate in mess and business from their son whose wife has died. It has further been submitted that the accusation in the F.I.R. against them is general and omnibus and only because they happen to be the parents of the deceased, they have been made accused in this case. The husband of the deceased has been granted default bail by the Court below.

Considering the facts afore-noted and the age of the petitioners, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74085 of 2019(11) dt.25-10-2021 3/3 learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
