The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harnaut P.S.Case No.225 of 2019 registered under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the daughter of the informant was killed in her matrimonial home within two months of marriage in other than natural circumstances and there is allegation that the petitioner and others conspired together to commit the offence, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The application is rejected.
