2. Petitioner is aggrieved by a resolution dated 13.07.2018 of Aam Sabha of Panchayat Raj Manjhgain Dapra

Patna High Court CWJC No.19169 of 2019(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 whereby respondent no. 8 has been selected as Anganwari Sevika of Centre Mahrana, Ward No. 13 bearing Centre Code203 in the district of Banka.

3. The petitioner has a remedy under the Guidelines which govern selection of Anganwari Sevika before the District Programme Officer. The petitioner is said to have filed his complaint before the District Programme Officer against selection of respondent no. 8 in July, 2018 itself but, according to him, no decision has been taken.

4. Let the District Programme Officer, Banka consider the petitioner's case if the same is still pending and not disposed of within a period of one month from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
