JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 235 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code .

As per the prosecution case, all the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant and his son by means of lathi, danda and iron rod as a result of which both of them sustained injuries.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that they are innocent and have falsely been

The injury sustained by the informant and his son has been found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that there is delay of 12 days in lodging of the FIR. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Teghra P.S. Case No. 235 of 2022 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
