2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 179 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 180 liters of Nepali liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 26.07.2025. They are quite innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that the petitioners are ready to donate Rs. 40,000/- (Rs. Fourty Thousand) in some charitable organization

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge Madhubani/concerned Court below in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 179 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (I). The petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees Fourty Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Sevashrama, Swami Vivekananda Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur, Bihar and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted only after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioners.

(ii). The petitioner No. 1 will mark his attendance at Pataur, Police Station on every Sunday of each month and the petitioner no. 2 will mark his attendance at Bahera Police Station on 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
