At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of confusion in the scheme numbers and the orders with regard to the same, passed by the original authorities as also by the appellate authority, having got mixed up, the pleadings in the aforesaid three writ petitions have also got jumbled up, hence the petitioner of the aforesaid three writ petitions be granted liberty to file fresh writ petitions after
