The petitioner in the present case is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Marhaurah P. S. Case No. 293 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from perusal of the impugned order passed by the learned Additional Sessions IX, Saran at Chapra that there is allegation against the petitioner that he had with an intention to kill given a bow by Talwar causing injury on the body of the victim Basanti Devi which has been supported by the injury report.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case when

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54305 of 2018(3) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 there is direct allegation against the petitioner of using deadly weapon causing serious injury to the victim Basanti Devi, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected.
