2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 323, 341, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Fesar P.S.Case No.91 of 2023.

3. As per the allegation, the accused persons, including the petitioner, came to the door of the informant and started assaulting her with lathi, danda, iron rod etc. with an intention to kill her.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. There is no

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69853 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 specific allegation against the petitioner to assault anybody, rather the allegations are general and omnibus. The case lodged by the petitioner's side is prior to the present one.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances as well as the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Fesar P.S.Case No. 91 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
