The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and other allied Sections of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the nature of allegation against the Petitioners, who have fair antecedents, it is ordered that in the event of surrender/arrest of the Petitioners, named above, within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46728 of 2012 (3) dt.23-01-2015 2/3 four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Kochas (Parsathua) P.S. Case No.154 of 2002, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C. and (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioners, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioners.
