Learned counsel for the State submits that the Group Insurance and G.P.F. amounts have already been paid as stated in the show causes filed on behalf of opposite party Nos. 5 and 7 and the gratuity has been sanctioned but with regard to leave encashment no statement has been made in the show causes. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed.
