JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 This writ application has been filed against the decision of District Teachers Appellate Authority. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that now Appellate Forum is available against the decision of the District Teachers Appellate Authority and as such he submits that he may be granted liberty to approach State Appellate Authority. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority. In case, such appeal is filed by the
Patna High Court CWJC No.8533 of 2013(5) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 petitioner within a period of one month from today alongwith a copy of this order, the State Appellate Authority will condone the delay in filing the appeal in view of the pendency of the present writ application and decide the appeal on its own merit. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
