The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 354, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in the evening of 11.05.2018, Rahul Kumar, son of the informant, Meena Devi, was going to his new house from old house. In the way, Chandrashekhar Mahto, Jalu Mahto, Jata Mahto, Munna Mahto and Naresh Mahto surrounded her son having lathi, Danda, iron pipe and Dav and assaulted him. In the meantime, Basant Mahto caused injury at her head through Dav then he fell down. On raising alarm, her sister came to save her then Naresh Mahto started to dragged her sister on catching hand and in

On raising alarm, her mother, aunt Munni Devi and father Chunnu Mahto came to save then Rekha Devi (petitioner no. 2), Phuljhari Devi (petitioner no. 4), Suman Devi (petitioner no.1) and Sukhiya Devi (petitioner no.3) also caused injury to them.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, petitioners being lady have falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. It is further submitted that while the allegation has been made against the petitioners to cause injury to mother, aunt and father of informant but their injuries were found simple in nature. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Saran, Chapra, in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
