2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bajptti P.S. Case No. 332 of 2021, dated 22.11.2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 354(B), 354(D) (i)/34 ,of the I.P.C. and Section 8 of POCSO Act pending in the Court of Additional Session Judge-VI cum Special Judge, (POCS At), Sitamarhi.

3. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Allegations under Sections 354(B) and 354(D) of I.P.C. and Section 8 under POCSO Act are sufficient not to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
