2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals have stolen Rs. 4,55,100/- from the S.B.I. ATM machine.

4. Materials have come in the case diary including the self inculpatory statement of the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in five more criminal cases. The petitioner is in jail since 06.08.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
