The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to sanction and release funds for
Patna High Court CWJC No.21067 of 2019 dt.24-10-2019 2/2 construction of pucca house under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (Gramin).

This Court is of the view that the petitioner is required to approach the District Magistrate, Jehanabad and the different committee established for the said purpose in the District.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Jehanabad by filing appropriate application which shall be considered and appropriate decision shall be taken within a period of eight weeks thereafter. 4.
The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
