Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that order of the Writ Court has not been complied with and vague reasons have been assigned by the opposite parties in executing the same.
Having regard to the order passed by the opposite parties and considering the limited scope of contempt, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the matter . The present proceeding is dropped and the application stands disposed of.
