The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/326/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that similarly situated co-accused Chottu Kumar had already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.55724 of 2018. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the allegation against the petitioner is similar to that of Chottu Kumar, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on
