The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard the parties.

Following relief has been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioner:

" That this is a petition for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to pay "Provident Fund" from beginning of the service from 21.09.1959 to his retirement on 01.10.1996 of total service of 37 years and also differences of salary of Hawaldar and Jamadar and also Jamadar allowance from 1984 with compound interest and others lawful dues of the petitioner froth with interest over the total of payable amount at the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8588 of 2017(5) dt.18-09-2020 2/2 rate of 18 % per annum from the date of retirement which has become payable till the day of its actual payment to the petitioner."

Considering the relief sought for in the present writ application, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before Respondent No. 3 for the redressal of his grievance.

The Respondent No. 3 is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner and pass a necessary order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
