2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406,120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though mediator's report dated 3.5.2024 reveals that the parties could not settle the dispute, however, parties have compromised their dispute outside the court on in terms of some settlement and they do not want to pursue the case.
4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 does not controvert the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
5. Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let all the three petitioners,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68547 of 2023(5) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Madhubani in CR No. 806 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as in terms of settlement.
