2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Lakhnaur P.S Case No. 55 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309(4) of BNS.
3. As per prosecution case, four accused persons looted money and motorcycle from the informant on gun point.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that name of the petitioner surfaced from the confessional statement of the co-accused. No TIP
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65201 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 conducted during investigation. Nothing recovered from the confessional statement of the co-accused. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 13.06.2025 and he has got no criminal antecedent as stated in FIR.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st , Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Lakhnaur P.S Case No. 55 of 2025.
